Junior golf lessons in SOUTHBOROUGH
Fundamentals FIRST
My junior golf lessons start with the same core fundamentals I teach adults. Grip, stance, posture, ball position, takeaway, and pressure transfer to the lead foot for impact and follow-through. The first golf lessons for juniors focus on these fundamentals and discovering how fun golf can be. The fun is first! As the junior golfer improves, lessons are tailored to their current skill level and the needs of their game.
As the Head Varsity Golf Coach for LCA, I have experience coaching junior golfers of all skill levels. From beginners to low-handicap players.
Launch monitor and video tools provide instant feedback on every swing during golf lessons.
Golf clubs are available free of charge for use during lessons if your junior does not have clubs.
Young people exposed to golf gain character traits that serve them for a lifetime. These skills include self-improvement, perseverance, confidence, etiquette, composure, and analysis. Golf is also an avenue to unplug from phones and screens to enjoy the outdoors.
Juniors new to golf will learn grip, stance, posture, ball position, takeaway, and weight transfer to the lead foot. From there students find their swing while having fun. Subsequent junior golf lessons are tailored to each player’s skill level.
